My 2cents is if he sold it to someone and got paid he don't give a shit! If he did not sighn one of the spots. But everything else is good just sighn the damn thing. what's he going to say I sold the thing have all this paperwork an I knowingly broke the law and tried to fuck offer everybody not signing as seller? He made mistake now fix it and move on. To much over thinking going on!
