it's a question that comes up reasonably often, me thinks...
and to answer ya, if you've never done it before:
it's not that hard to do a mediocre job.
a lot harder than it looks to do a good job.
kinda a pain in the ass and pretty time consuming to do a bitchin' job.
if you choose a 2 way stretch material like a (stretch) velvet, and have the original as a template, it goes a lot quicker and is more forgiving of mistakes.
oh... and find a good upholstery spray adhesive. 3M super 77 isn't great when it comes to a sweaty melon. the lining will come out.
