I asked this over on britbike so i'll ask here too , i am rebuilding a set of norton roadholder front forks for a triton and wonder if anyone knows any modifications or upgrades for these forks ? Is there any way of improving the damping or bushes or anything else ?

Thanks.

Progressive springs work wonders.
Are these external or internal spring forks? I run external long, single damped RH on my Norton and the problem I have is keeping fork seals in it. The springs rub on the for tubes, scratching them and leading to leaks.
