Does Harley have THAT much influence?

They did with Flattrack racing!!!! In the late 80's early 90's, the Hondas were killing them. Harley got themselves into it, and made "RULES" that once again put Honda's down, then Honda bailed and its dominated by Harleys again.

I can imagine whats really going on nowadays.....
