60 year old do everything i can doityourselfer. Fleet mechanic for 33 years now a dozer operator. Engine,trans,electrical,fab,paint,light machine work.Still learning.
Been riding and wrenching since I was 8.
Had all kinds until High School 1st Harley at 16 (Iron head Sprortster) only owned a few months. Then nothing but all kinds of Japanese bikes till 1995 bought my 2nd Harley 92 FXR. December 2012 got a project 98 Classic in pieces, good friend gave it to me as a tip for rebuilding his full custom 93" rigid shovelhead short chop. Had the 98 Couch running and riding by November 2013(11 months of what have I done...) Still racing and riding them both. (I know both Evo rubber mounts) I work on Shovels,Pans, Evos and up. Most recently completed a full rebuild of a 35 year old all custom panhead Chopper, Back on the road after 2 floods and 14 years sitting in a barn. FXR was in Biker Magazine years ago, Shovelhead was in The Horse before it folded. Current project a 56 International truck cab and bed only Givin to me... Still working on bikes, Always will! Funds a lot of what I do.

Welcome. I probly speak for multitudes when I say: Please post some pics of your two-wheeled machinery whenever you're good and ready.

Welcome, I suppose the "35 year old custom Panhead" was a build done 35 years ago, so 1988, that you got back functional. Not that it makes any difference, but what year was the Panhead engine it used? Yes, pictures are always appreciated.

Since you had an Ironhead Sportster, here's one at Daytona Bike Week I saw at the Rat's Hole show this year, Believe it was a '66. The owner said it was painted by 'Hamster' Dave Perewitz.
