I like seeing a "chop" or custom w/that stance running stock mag wheels .. looks good for newer stuff ..

That looks pretty cool. Anyone have an idea on how difficult it might be in MD to get this bike inspected & tagged? I'm guessing with a 2000 title, I'd be required to put on turnsignals and the like? I'm missing my '61 XLCH rigid Sporty, sold many moons ago.
