My first Triumph bobber/chopper build

After several years of riding a customized HD Fatboy, I finally decided to build my own Triumph bobber. It took some time but turned out pretty good I think. It's almost finnished now..just waiting for the rear fender. In the meantime you can take a look at some of the pictures from the building process. Nothing is more inspiring than building your own bike!

It usually starts with an old rigid frame. It takes time to remove rust, old paint and unnecessary brackets

New-painted frame. The fork is from a Suzuki GS550 - 1978

Mounting the front wheel and the cafe racer handlebars. The 19" front wheel is taken from a Kawazaki Z1 - 1973

The wheels are rolling and the motor is in place. The rear fender is not lookin good, but it is temporary. It will be replaced by a shorter one

The engine is produced in 1971 and has a big bore kit from Morgo

The battery fits the box, the Boyer ignition is installed - time for wiring

Changed the exhaust system and the front wheel and tire. 21" Avon Speedmaster always does the job!

Almost finnished... just waiting for the ribbed rear fender. Life is good!
