this fender is a mystery ,its got 180 degree flat braces which would indicate side car , its braced on both sides which would indicate front fender and its not flip up which would indicate front also.
the 1/2 round arch at the central point is pretty unique and it has a ridge the full length ,from tip to tip...Brittish???.
