My uncle does something like this, only slightly bigger... and his deal is that they have to run. You can check out his Website for the build... he's done a bunch of farm equipment too. IT's crazy, everything is spun on a tiny lathe. HE was also featured on Discovery canada's Show "Garage Guru's" and you can see the clip HERE (it starts at 7 minutes 50 Seconds)
