no time and definitely no money left. new 93" Shovel will get the usual effects (ala Mule); jockey shift w/ modified clutch pedal, home made rattle can exhaust, pogo mounted seat (well, will try), non-S&S air cleaner, Springer front brake (maybe), no front fender, etc.
And yes, it's an NOS '70s vintage Paughco 'Axed Harley' tank - never used.
blah...

looks fast - drag bars are crazy narrow
Lookin' Good!
looks great...IMHO I would cut that chrome rear fender some where around the oil bag...looks to be to much on there...what ya got planned on pipes?? Great Job....hair pin seat springs would look tits also versus wound springs ...
Thanks all.

Yes Chaz, that fender's ('70s HD Sprint) goin' under the grinder (short!) and no, neither hair pin or coil springs under the seat - pogo, if I can make it work....
Bike looks great.

I love the way it looks - real mean and street....

I would love to see how the pogo seat comes out - sounds interesting...

Post more pics as you go...

Good luck!

Thanks, Trent. Appreciate the good words

need to cantilever the seat mount waaaay back (ahem, too tall for the stock frame).

hope to demonstrate in Cottonwood what I'll eventually come up with.

I agree on Trent's sugestion . . . and I dopuble agree that bike looks bad ass !

I did something similar to a flathead bike I built a long time ago . . . I dropped a auto valve spring into the hole and just used the stock pogo seat post . worked like a charm .
Fuck dude. That's sweet. We gonna see it up at Marcus Dairy next weekend?
looks great Mike.

I'm using a stock sprung seatpost (lowered) and t-bracket on my pan but moved the seat down and back by extending the t bracket....works good. since your not running bob tanks it makes it a bit different since your pivot points further back but I'm sure you can make it work.

on second thought, it will never work! you better ship that tank out to me right away, I will send you some real nice bob tanks back:D
Reminds me alot like Max Schraff's "4Q" knuckle, and that bike rules.
