So it's been a while since I've posted anything about my build. I've got the frame and front end back from being built/fixed in the spring and have been just messing with little details and waiting on my motor to be rebuilt. Should be in this week or next week.

I've been playing with the handlebars just trying to get an idea of what I like. I really dig them forward at just about 90 degrees there. a couple people think it's ridiculous.. I think it gives it that old BMX feel. The tailight I've cout down a polished limp dick, made it sit lower and made it sit pretty flush with the rib fender. Still need a bit of work. The seat was a BW bolt on that ive shortened, narrowed and bent the ass of it up to keep me on, might switch to 1 or 2 inch springs. Heres a few photos. Q&C's always welcome.

The bars look OK as long as you don't mind the heavy steer.
Oh yeah. I've never ridden apes let alone anything up like that haha. Always rode drag bars. So it's a bit hard on steering?

Oh yea, you will know it. It's not just the apes it's as much how far forward they are.
Thanks for the heads up! I'll have to maybe look at trying to make something that looks cool but works a little better. Just learning the ropes on this one!
