The double white lines are so far away from the rim..hmmm, never seen those before... the thread however is a Good-Year repop by CHINKO (the E-240, also with double whites, but closer to the rim edge)

Check your v-twin Tedd's cycle catalog under vintage page 1277 looks like model 46-0305 Coker tire
