Little Help- Caliper ID?

Hey all picked this up at a swap meet yesterday. Stopped by a couple shops and nobody has a clue other than it looks cool. All aluminum with no marks other V6 stamped in it. Hate to throw an "ID this?" thread out there but my curiosity is killing me. Thanks in advance!

It's built like an old Hurst-Airheart caliper. I think Airheart still makes them. Used on bikes, gassers, and go-carts.
