Lil' Old BSA C-15 Kick Start video

Just finished fixing the clutch on the C-15, so I shot a short video of me kick starting the bike and puttering around the drive way. Running all the original stock Lucas electrics. Its a positive ground 6v system.

And,.... She started cold in one kick!

Very nice bike and it sounds real good !! Thanks for the video .
Nice lil bike. I have a 65 chrome and blue that needs some attention. It sits next to its big brother (a65T of the same color) in the garage.
Very nice and sounds great!
My scrambler is waiting until I have time to do the top end.

Man! Nice. I wish mine was the off road version. I've reviewed what all would be necessary to convert it, and, its just more trouble than its worth.
Cold start? No carb tickle, no choke?
Good question. If that was a cold start with no tickle/no choke, I'd say your mixture is set too rich and you'll find your plug to be black after warmup. May actually foul.
Tickled before I remembered to turn the camera on. But, grabbed the pipe to show she was cold.
