Has anyone figured out how to keep these pedals on? I've used rubber cement, bent the tonges out, cused at it, I even threatend it but it still likes to slide off.

ive seen one fly off the kicker and hit another guy 20 feet away dead in the nutz.
i say its worth keeping simply for that.
