I agree, the H-D footpeg works well and is less prone to 'walking out' - lighter weight than the standard pedal, I guess.

I use a stock H-D rubber footpeg on my bike, best kicker pedal I ever used! I know it doesn't rotate but I've been using them for years on my stroker shovel(4 3/4") besides it drives the cat who built my motor crazy!
