Gotta a question about the location of the semi circle kicker gear. When the kicker is all the way down the gear is still engaged (pic #2) and wants to bounce back. It's the design of that gear is to go through and there is no more teeth and releases, right? So why would it be still meshing gears all the way at the bottom of the kick cycle? The actual kick lever has no slipping and is in the correct position by way of the pin kinda self aligning itself so that is covered. The first picture is of where it starts to engage. Oh yeah, there is about 2 inches or so of play from where the pedal naturally sits and where it first engages.

Thanks. Have it all tuned up. After a pretty nasty kickback I want to make sure all my basis are covered and will not soon forget what a learning lesson has to offer.
