I got my foot clutch from here and made my own shifter on my '02 Sportster. The foot clutch is a quality piece and has good pedal travel for feathering the clutch. I'd recommend it. I've got friends that made there own using stock parts and they have hardly any pedal travel and I think it sucks.

I don't care for the shifter they make, at least for my bike. It uses a bracket and a linkage and to me that defeats the purpose of simplifying and cleaning up your bike. It's more stuff that can fail. I just made an aluminum (so it's light and doesn't jump gears) shifter right off the shaft using the stock shifter bracket.
