sorry accidently posted in the wrong area...

ok need some pictures of where and how you mounted your rear drum brake light switch on the rigid frame mine is a bolt-on any help is appreciated

I believe its a push on, on the regular swingarm it was facing aft with a slider on the brake rod to engage it. common practice just to make a bracket to weld on to the rigid in a similar location?

The boss on the brake pedal keeps the switch depressed until you work the brake and the switch/light extends and comes on. So essentially a "pull on" type of switch is needed. Plus on the stock 69CH, it is closer to the volt. reg. so less wire is run too.

I fabbed up a bracket that bolts across the rear lower motor mounts to hold the switch in a similar position since I am running a custom cast cover. Same idea.
