Were there a lot of bikes at paso this year..?
I'd love to see some more..!

Lots of old style ones that we like. I don't have anymore pics. I saw at least half a dozen 60's style harleys around, there were probably more. Their flaked tanks looked familiar. They must have been HAMBer's bikes. Quite a few show quality Triumphs being shown in the beds of pickups. I heard a BSA running around the park all weekend, it had a distinctive sound. Cole had a new one I think, very compact, bare metal stage, with a ribbed oil tank.Flyin' Dutchman said:Were there a lot of bikes at paso this year..?

Yea, that's the one! The oil tank was the horseshoe shaped type, it had radially angled ribs running from back to front. Really cool, the oil tank was aluminum so it had the same finish as those spokes. The little windshield shaped thing on the forks was not there, it was replaced with a traditional sheet metal cover like on the old wide glide forks.Flyin' Dutchman said:Sounds good... We might see some pics show up on the HAMB..
Was Cole riding this....??!

He's building that bike for Jeff Decker, who also owns the Crocker.mikes51 said:Yea, that's the one! I heard it fired up. It did NOT sound stock.
My friend Mike just emailed me some bike pics he took.
That's KIRK! from the HAMB's bike, with the stars and swirls, Right? I dig that thing. I think he paint that with rattle cans If I remember. good work.mikes51 said:Greetings, Mikes51 here from the regular HAMB board. Here are some pics I took at the Paso Robles show this weekend.
Don's Hot Rod Page.Flyin' Dutchman said:Frenz.. Where did ya get that pic from..? Were there more sickle pics from Paso?
- Looks like one of those casts.. Very similar to the one on the Beautiful Loser...Tony Bones said:-Did Decker cast the horseshoe tank, like he did Cole's beehive on the Blue bike?
-Is the BSA Germ's bike?
hey frenz did you post a pic of your bike yet ? i didnt see it..TheFrenZ said:Don's Hot Rod Page.
What's that with your Pan project ? I'm too curious...
Doh, which one is a BSA? I see two unique motors, one with a one piece rocker arm cover, tear drop shaped. The other unique one has a cam/side cover that is shaped like a letter "Y" instead of the usual upside down triangle. Yea, I could use some schooling on basic english twin identification.Tony Bones said:--Is the BSA Germ's bike?
