My little Scout. I plan on making it a little more period correct and have some nice flanders risers and a clutch driven magneto to add. Also some crusty, original running boards and a crocker style rear light. Only problem is the bike is in storage 12,000 miles away from me:(

^^ note the indian kicker but left side chain trans ?

most choppers in USA have been turned into restos while in OZ and NZ , indians are still being built into choppers

the restos are harder in Oz cause parts are so hard to find.....

left side chain is because behind the trans is a crossover shaft to allow clearance for the wider rear tire

Hope this post isn't a.) evidence of sacrilege, b.) a pointless revival of a long-inert thread, c.) a pain in anybody's ass, or d.) all four. Further Applications for the Scout* Engine:

* I think it's a Scout.
