Yep, well i made myself a seat pan this weekend for my bike, made a carboard template, angle grinder for cutting and grindin, and some 1/2 steal and a lead hammer for shaping. im going to upholster it in "Bandana" and i bought some clear vinyl to go over top. so i guess thats my process, probably wrong, but i dont care i did it, so now i gotta drill some holes and determine how to mount it...that hard part.

ya, im going to bevel the edges, and make it nice to site on, instead of it feeling like cardboard. i jsut need to shape the metal a little more for a lip at the back.
