I spent the last few nights working on my new triumph frame, I wasn't sure about this project, but its turning out pretty nice. Hopefully I'll finish up in the next week or so.

Yes I'm using a jig, I built the top and bottom pieces on my cutting table. its just mocked up in these pics. its going on the jig before I start welding it together

Very Cool! Post some updates when you get em. Do you have pics of the Jig? I'll probably be building of frame pretty soon, I just dont know how technical the jig needs to be.

I second seeing pics and hearing details of frame jigs.

Try chopperhandbook.com, I used their basic design, just with different material.
