Hydraglide fork oil?

Sorry for the stupid question, but I'm too cheap to buy manuals.

Old glide forks...what do you use for oil, and how much?

If you'll answer this for me I promise to answer any stupid questions I know the answer to in the future.

this may be a stupid/wrong anwser but triumphs are 20 weight

they use HD type B, or any medium weight fork oil. 6 ounces is standerd amount per tube.
