If you look closely at the "arty wheel", you can see the spokes behind the cover that is bolted together over the spoked rim.The suggestions you guys came up with so far so far are excellent, but I don't think we're quite there yet, the artillery wheels seem to be a solid steel wheel that are similar in design to the one on the red Knuckle but that disc looks to be a thin 'hubcap' type, and it's bolted together from two different covers. It is the 'big' ones I'm trying to figure out, not the center part hub caps.
