I was wondering, what should I be Spending on a used ,or referbished shovel... also what kinda paper work should I get, a bill of sale, or more?

Another easy way to find out a ballpark range is to search the "completed listings" on ebay. There you'll see what stuff has sold for and why: basketcase, disassembled, complete, running, etc...

I just got done checking eGay, I think I have better idea on what to spend, but what about paper work? Also if I go with say a basket, what should I watch out for.....S.S.

If its pre 69 try to get a title with it. itll make things WAY easier in the long run. 70 and on i think ur only gonna get a bill of sale beacause those motor numbers might still be in use.
