what can i do to get more pwr out of it? if you guys can photshop it, that would be great.

Bumpstick photoshoped this one for me.

well a friend of mine picked one of those up not to long ago and they look decentish er... without the mirrors, front fender, mufflers, turn signals, and tank badges, reflectors, and those side fairings. without all theabove mentioned stuff if you stand back a few yards and squint it kinda looks kinda like stock british bike.

Make it look cool? Set it on fire..... :D

OK, actually, what the other guy said - strip off all unnecessary and extraneous junk - mirrors, signals, reflector, ditch the front fender, replace the rear fender, replace the shocks with struts, get a couple cans of krylon ultra flat black, and have at it.

You'll help your performance by shedding this excess weight.

The other way to make it go fast? Throw it off a cliff. :D

My son has one he has been working at for a couple of years. He is leaving the swing arm and shocks on his. Calls it "Bob's Bobber"....someone gave it to him when we lived in Texas and so far he chopped off the rear of the frame, just behind the shock mount. Changed the tank to a Honda 185 (peanut looking) which required changing the stock front mount location. Mounted a flat fender with struts directly to the swingarm and mounted a solo "bates stye" seat (made in China). Added two little spot lights as the headlights and put on a set of black sports bars. He still needs to do a ton of stuff, but he got side tracked by a couple of other things (a new girlfriend, a hot rod, and a Panhead project....LOL!)
These things were heavily modified in England so you might find some ideas out on the net!

option 1: throw away everything 'cept the engine/tranny and build a really wild mini-bike,

option 2: use the engine/tranny to build a killer go-kart for a nephew or neighbor kid,

option 3; use the engine/tranny in a belly tank and run it at bonneville or the dry lakes,

option 4; oh, hell, i'm all outta ideas.

but do something with it. make it run and have fun with it no matter what you do with it.

throwing it off a cliff and setting it on fire was not on my top 10 list to do to it. thanx for all the great ideas though. i should have mentioned that stripping it down of all it's plastic fantastics was in order.

yeah i know it's not the greatest thing in the world. i rather fuck this up on my first try on building a bike, than on a Triumph or anything more respectable. unless someone want's to trade this running bike for a better project?

i'm a newbie to bikes but not to cars. so i can handle myself pretty well. we'll just have to wait and see what my imagination conjures up.

if all else fails i'll take ATCH'S advice for options 1 and 2. :D
