This is a little of what I did to keep busy during the weekend . Finally dusted off my new ( old ) rear fender with moulded panhead taillight , this thing had been laying around waiting to go on the bike for about a year now . I fabbed up a fancy home made license bracket out of a '49 chevy truck plate mount that was left over from an old project . Took all of the things that needed to be chromed off the bike , and they are going to get the dip . Then I'm going to try my hand at a special home brewed paintjob . . . hubba hubba . Imagine an actual motorcycle fender & taillight on a motorcycle ! I am trying to think outside the box . . .

Hi Wes .

Yeah those were the good old days when the club was really alot of fun . Ah how times change :)

The paint is just the same as it came when I got it from Nick except for the super fancy scallops I did with spray paint and little lime green pinstriping .

I'm going to keep that stuff BTW Nick , you never know when you will need extra parts . I heard that Shag was going after that sportster , that's cool . Glad to hear it's going to a good home .

Anyhow , I'm looking at chrome & paint being on in a couple weeks . I'll post some after pictures then . . . maybe a few along the way as it comes back together .
