Well at least you figured out part of your problem on your own.

Click on "User CP" at the top right, then "your profile", then "statistics", scroll down to "find all threads started by......", that will show all threads by you. This thread is the only 1 that comes up as of now. I suggest you start a thread on your problem & make sure you follow all the steps.....then check "new posts" at the top of the page & make sure it was posted. Good luck & welcome.

check out the search option before starting a new thread. Someone else may have had the same problem before.
