I'm putting a 16" rim on a triumph drum brake hub and frankly the pics that MAP sent aren't helping worth a s**t! Anybody have a diagram or a good set on instructions? Thanks.

I just finished lacing mine using these instructions from the triumph chopper hand book:

1 spocket side inside spokes first (head on the outside)
2 Turn over hub, and instal outside spokes
3 turn over hub again, (sprocket side is now up) inside spokes go clockwise outside counter.
4 match spoke direction to direction of spoke hole
5 outside spokes are installed first, install nipples just enough to hold spoke in place (remeber to lube the nipples internally)
6 with all the out side spokes in place, start on the inside and cross over 3-4 spokes (my book says 4 buchanans website said three for my spokes) and install the nipples just enough to hold the spokes.
7 turn the wheel over carefully, setting it brake side up
8 this time install the inside spokes first, rember to swing them counter clockwise, installing the nipples just enough to hold them in place.
9 On to the outside spokes cross them (3-4 again depending on the spokes)
10 your wheel should now be laced,

If you have more questions pm me with you email addy and i will send you some pics of the article.
