Just found this forum, thought i'd drop in and say hello. Looks like there is a good dose of cafe racers listed here....thought i'd share a few pics of a couple of my builds, based on Honda CB350.

Heres a pic of my current ride...1972 Honda CB350(CR350 with alloy race tank and 100% street legal:

And my current build project...1970 Honda CB350 going Inverted, with 1998 GSXR750 front and FZR600 rear....that front and rear disc brakes. Heres a pic of the bike after mock-up.

There are a ton of pics and info at my website:

some very cool cafe bikes! I have a 73xs 650 that is built up cafe style and am currently working on a 71 r75/5 that will have cafe influence. I'm also building up a little cl100 for use at the local track ,should be fun. Theres alot of great bikes and builders on this site and the best part is the low drama, bullshit factor. Welcome aboard, Gregg

Welcome!

I've run into you elsewhere on the net (international cafe racer's bbs, for example) and am a big fan of your bikes. Good lookin' stuff!

Enjoy this forum, like others have said, there's very little BS and no big egos to deal with.

I did see that, thanks.

I've been half heartedly checking ebay for 929's and / or a set of Tarozzi's on the cheap. I have other parts of the bike to attend to until something pops up so it's not a rush to grab the first thing that pops up. It'll all work itself out.

We used to cruise to Lancaster a lot. Carson's HD I think it was then. There was a British shop in Grove City, but I can't remember the name. They did the head on my '73 Bonneville.
