I have an old 74 inch motor (cone) it has HH cases and doesn't seem too bad.
Really good nick after a clean.
It has solid lifters and a cam with an H on the back. I've never seen a stock cam as all I've ever run are Siftons.
I'll see if I can add a couple of pics.
I've done a search on here and come up with nothing.

an 'H' grind cam is a factory standard cam for shovelheads and is actually not a bad cam, i have used them a few times and they ain't too shabby fella, i personally won't use SIFTON anymore since Tiawan ted at V-Twin mfg bought them out and the new ones are not anywhere as good quality wise as they were sadly,
if ya looking for good cams look at Leineweber, I have a Leineweber L2S cam that is a drop in without head work and it's bloody great, pulls like a freight train, Andrews have always been good as well, Sifton WERE good & IF you can get a NOS one from 15-20 years ago they were better quality and were heat treated properly, a buddy had a new one a couple of years back and it was soft, either no heat treating or badly done, or made with crap low grade steel stock, but it wore out fast and left swarf in his motor, as he fitted it himself they said to go pound sand when he wanted compensation rather than fitted by a registered garage workshop, despite him building fast motors all his life....

As others have mentioned, H is stock. For a street machine that's not too wild, J and A are nice bumps up.
