That is a common sportster petcock. Commonly available at just about any aftermarket company. JP, VTwin, etc.

I had a Cheap Petcock not long ago, the internal rubber came apart and clogged my S&S Fuel Valve on the carb in the Picture, sputtered down into town and had to remove the float bowl at a station, there layed the piece of Taiwan Crap rubber seal... the Pingel will last you a few decades, the sealing part is a machined fit, no rubber to be eaten up by the Solvent that they are selling in place of Gasoline.. Pingel= worth it..Thanks for your replies, no its certainly not a restoration. I took a look at the Pingel site, they are not cheap but I guess in the end you get what you pay for!
