ive got cases that have an H on both left and right side cases behind the rear cylinder above the rear engine mounts. ive heard of hells henchmen stamping their cases but the H's are normally next to each other. also heard of house of horsepower stamping their cases with H H. just wondering if anyone has any input about this?

Just to clarify, are the H's definately stamped into the case or are they a raised part of the casting?

they usually have a matching number stamped on both sides just above the rear motor mount
A "7" on each case denotes 74" FL engine.

An "H" on each case denotes 74" FLH engine.

Those are factory stampings from Harley.

I think it's funny as hell that you thought you had something super rare from an old club bike or from Hose of Horsepower.
