Im running a 19T front sprocket on my late 60's 650 Triumph & it seems to run out of gear super fast. at nearly uncomfortable revs in 4th im looking at 50-55mph. ive seen 23 & 29T front sprockets available. i know a 10 tooth jump would make a world of difference but im just wondering what sizes you guys are running on your trumps & what kind of cruising speeds your getting?

I think the biggest your gonna be able to go is 22 which I have on mine but there is some machine work to make it clear the case.It can be done with hand tools though but still some time and work is involed. It does how ever make a big difference on top end.

Triumph Terror is correct. A 21 will usually fit without griding the case, but a 22 tooth requires grinding for clearance. If you think that a 19 is bad, you'd hate the 17 tooth I run. Sure helps on the low end for the extra weight of the sidecar though.
