Good lookin' paint and shirt. How about something to sit on? Made this for a cat in the pacific northwest.

awesome work all around fellas! have a question for all the painters out their,is their a trick to painting a tank so that the gas filler opening doesnt start peeling back? is their some kind of special clearcoat to use so the fumes dont get under the paint?

Be sure to leave all paint (primer, basecoat, clearcoat) off the mating surface where the gas cap gasket hit. At the "exposed" edge of the paint on the filler neck, I use a bit of over-catalyzed clearcoat and an artist's brush to "seal" the edge... catalyzed urethane clearcoat is gas-resistant.
