W&W Germany, 45 Depot Holland and V-Twin, they all got repro springers, from 45" to VL's yes, but only the BigTwin types are available up to 20" extensions...not the 45, not the XA (2"" longer anyway) and not the VL...

Only if you want to ruin what is now a very expensive part. you'd have to use two of them to do so. ford radius rods are cheap, and there are more oval tubed springers made than i-beams. 1936-1957(servicar used them to 57). I have an extedned hd springer you could buy.

I-Beams: Vl's were used from 1930-36. Rl's from 1930-40(36-40 on wr's). RL's are shorter with a 7/8" stem and used a standard frontleg. VL's have an 1 1/8" neck stem and use a VL only front leg that mount thr fender close to the tire. RL's mount fender to the rear leg.
