So I adjust my clutch (Evo, stock) by:

1. Lossened the cable at the adjuster and provided slack.

2. Turned the clutch adjsuter screw (at the primary) clockwise, maybe to far or not enough, then back counter clockwise about half a turn. I tightened until it was very snug before the counter clockwise turn, then re tightened the locknut.

3. Adjusted the cable out to provide about an 1/8" of play in the clutch lever.

I tested the bike and the clutch drags ass big time. Should I adjust at the adjuster screw or the cable to get rid of the drag?

I may have just opened a major can of worms here. Hopefully not.

Has the bike sat up for awhile, everything you have done sounds right. Pull each of the disc out make sure everything looks good. Drag the fiber disc across a flat surface.
