Here is a pic of a huge engraving/sculpting project I just finished. This is cast aluminum. Customer had the tank cast with the crucifix in it. I took it from there. Also included is a link a webpage on it. At the bottom of the page, click on "The Process" to see the progress shots of it.

The titlle of the bike is "Godspeed".

Yes it is very nice work. Do you have any pictures of the pattern used to cast
the tank? Was an actual sporty tank used as pattern or was a pattern made using the tank dimensions? I have always been fascinated by cast aluminum tanks. Just not really sure of the process....

Truly outstanding. How many hours went into it? Is is going to be on a bike or strictly sculpture? Does it/will it hold gas?

The website says 210 hours, which would cost around 14000.00 bucks at my shop rate!
And they call them starving artists!

I'm floored!
Outstanding work Otto! I can't wait to see what the rest of the bike looks like.
