I recently came across a lot of parts doing some swapping and acquired a frame. It has not title or MSO or receipt of sale, but does have a vin number stamped in to it. It has been sitting in this guys garage for many years and after diggin I found it. Anyway is this still usable? What would I need to do to title it? It looks like the Easyriders Billy bike frame to me, does anyone know who makes these or makes something close to it. Also what does everyone think it's worth?

The "Billy" bike used a stock Harley rigid frame. That one you picture isn't even from the same galaxy. No way it resembles the real "Billy" bike.
