My buddy has a '70 or '71 Bonnie that he picked up on the cheap. I told him I would shoot the paint if he wanted. So, that's what happened. Is it art? I don't know. Is it pretty? Yup. Hope this is a kickoff for a better week of cool shyte.

FWIW, I am not a pro (pretty obvious by looking at the tins!). Paint is strictly a hobby for me. I know the rules state that the art thread is not an advertising forum for those that make their living doing what they post. Hoping this one will ride!

Hey Pirate.

You want to learn to paint, then learn to paint. 99.99% of art is nothing more than technique that has been honed by practice. I may get slammed for this, ut that's what art is, or at least how it's created. No one comes out of Mama as a Van Gogh or Michaelangelo. It's all learned skill. Are some better at it? Yup. But it's really nothing more than practice. I don't airbrush well. Why? Because I don't practice. Simple as that. Find the time and prioritize and you will become proficient at ANY given skill set.

Everyone, great stuff so far. More please.
