Colony cylinder studs

I have a hopefully easy question. I’m replacing my cylinder studs on a 92 evo big twin with a set from Colony, does anyone know if the shoulder faces down to the cylinder base or up towards the heads?

Hi
I used colony studs on a 90 Evo rebuild I went shoulder down against crankcase.
Don't forget the Loctite
