1974 ironhead kick only

hey guys i need some advice. I went for a ride everything was running smooth kick first all the time. then it sounded like something rattled loose and the bike slowly died. I went to try and start it by kicking and the kicker went half way down and siezed couldnt move it. i opened everything up and the kicker works perfect. then i put the compisating sprocket on and same thing it seized. i took everything apart and left only the comp sprocket. no chain or chultch basket and it only moves a bit then stops and cant move it at all, i can move it back then stops. wont turn engine over fully??????

i cant figure it out. any help would be nice

said fuck it and pulled my front head because i found metal in my front exhaust. dropped a valve guide

Time for a Top End job. As long as you got it down this far...Might as well check the pistons for wall fit and the wrist pin bushing and do a shake test on the Rods....
