I started asking a few guy's here i know if any of them have a 19 or 21" 36 hole hoop they wanna sell....thinking i'd lace it to my hub.
but so far nobody can help..

Try searching ebay for a honda, yamaha, or kawasaki, front 21" rim. Most of those will have 36 holes. Some of the dirt bike ones are skinny at 1.60" so be sure to find what you need. I picked one up for around $15.
