Sliders/lowers are '65-'70 unit 650, with holes drilled to possibly let water drain out. Top tree is probably the same as used on a tr6c/tt - rigid mounted. The fork tubes are obviously longer than stock.
My best guess is that it is a complete '68 front end, 'bars to wheel, with longer tubes and that weird fork brace/spring seat instead of longer springs.
