wholy crap, I never knew there was a site like this for bikes , that's awesome. Anyways, I came over from the hamb. I've built about 12 hotrods and just built my first bike. I am selling it to get a sportster and then later I'll upgrade that for a pan or knuckle if I ever get so lucky. Anyways here's a pic of the bike I just finished. It's a 1968 montgomery ward 350cc (benelli motor I think) and I got it for 350 dollars with registration and only 400 original miles and put about 250 bucks more into it and had this. I am starting to love bikes because I've got about 500 bucks or so and maybe 4 days of work into this bike and I like it, I have about 8000 and over 2 months of work into my roadster I'm trying to get done and I hate it and am totally burnt on it. I think I'm switching to bikes. Just letting everyone know I'm a newbie so I don't get cussed out when I make a post. thanks. P.S. my hamb name is "V8".

did you build that frame? that bike is so awesome.

is it good on gas?
Welcome aboard man. That's the coolest use of a little Benelli that I've seen. Makes me wish I would have bought the pile o'parts that used to be a Benelli 650 that some cat was selling the other day.
You are the young guy that built "THE A"? Right?

You are definately dancing to a different tune man! Dig both the concept of the car and more so this freakin little bike!
I've only put about 15 miles on it so I am not sure about gas. But it is fun and I built the frame and all on it. It's a heck of a lot easier than a car and you don't get burnt on bikes, they just get more bitchin and closer to being done. I think with hotrods, the more you do to it, the further it is from getting done! It's the only thing I could afford w/all the other crap I am trying to build. but when I sell it I want to buy a little sportster. And yes I built that goofy looking model A coupe. Thanks for the welcome
Dude, yer a ripper and don't EVER let ANYONE tell ya any different. That A caused more of a stir than the Sex Pistols in San Antonio back in the 70's. Glad yer here and I can't wait to see what yer imagination materializes next.

Yeah, makes me wanna keep that lil motor I was trading to Crow! hehehehehehehe
I can't wait to see what you build next. Your right about building bikes vs. cars...easier, cheaper, and much quicker.

And I loved that controvercial little A coupe. Keep it up!
It's a 2-stroke right? Doesn't really matter...I think it looks great! Oh, and Wards' brand name for their bikes was "Riverside".

My uncle put one of those motors in a minibike back in the 60's...he said it was a handful!
oh, so it's a two-stroke and single cylinder? i've never seen one of those before.
Wow! That's nice work. How much of that frame is original?
Wow, cool bike ... welcome on board !
The A coupe is so cool !!! I can't wait to see you futurs works on 2 wheels
It's a four stroke. I think a benelli but a few have said maybe ducatti or motoguzzi.
