From carb thru exhaust with most if not all starting, charging and electrical parts. Runs with E start. Guy said it would not start, but with tighting of the starter cable it ran fine. Kids making an E bike out of chassie, would like $750 out of the pile. Can bring to Wauseon OH Swap I'm in KZOO MI
