I hate Drag and never buy from them....... They are arrogant pricks....CCI has a very liberal return policy......
then charge back the entire amount through the card company, just takes a phone call to make it happen.BadMonkeyMW said:That's a great idea, but I already pay for my parts thru them on my company credit card. Either way, they don't do direct refund. When you return something, they give you a credit on your account. Then when you order more parts they apply that credit on that purchase. Thanks for the idea though.
2 things I've learned over the years. 1, nothing ever fits likes it's supposed to. And 2, once a company, enterprise, or individual gets your money you've lost all your negoiating power. Oh well, most of those aftermarket companies are just peddelaing import garbage not worth it's weight as scrap metal. I prett much already boycott all of them. I prefer others peoples junk and Genuine HD take offs. Rubs get rid of the nicest shit, and the shovelhead brotherhood is thicker then mud.BadMonkeyMW said:Hey gang, I just wanted to post here and urge all of you to boycott Drag Specialties and purchase parts from their competitors whenever possible. I ordered an expensive exhaust system for a customer's bike that by all indication in their catalogue should have fit the bike. Well, it definitely does not fit and after numerous calls and conversations with Drag Specialties, they have blamed everyone but themselves for the problem and refused to take the pipes back without charging me a restocking fee. The bottome line is that Drag Specialties doesn't give a fuck about small, independent bike shops and I urge you to spend your money elsewhere. Thanks
