"It works exactly as "advertised"……and is one major reason people in cars can look directly at you (when you're on a motorcycle or bicycle)---AND NOT SEE YOU.

Or because they're looking at their cell phones.

Pretty cool though, if you speed it up you can actually get that reversed rotation effect/trick. And if you keep focusing on the different dots you don't lose any of them. Most drivers are simply oblivious anyways.
