I took a cheap skate option on having a Triuumph head and swinging arm vapour blasted by a guy who usually does truck parts, blasted all the masking material / tape off, lunched swing arm bushes and worst of all now I have textured matt coat inside cylinder head.

Any ideas how I can polish up the cylinder head combustion chamber, some kind of flexi adaptor on a drill?

59,
just rebuild the head, porters are getting away from Mirror Finish Porting for a rough surface, I'm no Trump expert but I think you will be ok, on bushings, if a Blaster does not have rubber plugs, I'd stay away but as you said, bikes are not his thing

you could just get some 80 grit emery cloth and finger sand it back to smooth again. Just remember bad shit happens really fast with power tools.
